We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with NoReject AI for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal
  • This is your first refund request for a given subscription

This policy applies to all paid plans:

  • Single Scan — $9 one-time
  • Pro Plan — $29/month
  • Team Plan — $79/month

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund (optional but helpful)
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Paddle
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Upon refund, your access to paid features will be reverted to the free tier
  • Any scan reports generated during your paid subscription will remain accessible

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase or renewal
  • A refund has already been issued for the same subscription period
  • The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — please contact us if you would also like a refund.
