What the Scan Detects

Our violation scanner checks for: privacy violations (missing disclosures, undeclared SDK data collection, broken policy links), metadata violations (misleading descriptions, prohibited keywords, screenshot mismatches), payment violations (wrong IAP types, missing restore, non-compliant subscription UI), technical violations (missing entitlements, excessive permissions, API level issues), and content violations (age rating mismatches, restricted content without proper flagging).

How Scanning Works

Upload your IPA (iOS) or AAB/APK (Android), or provide your store listing URL for a metadata-only scan. Our AI analyzes the binary for SDK fingerprints, entitlement declarations, API usage, and permission requests. It analyzes your metadata for compliance with naming, description, and screenshot rules. Results are organized by severity: critical violations that will cause rejection, warnings that might cause rejection, and informational findings.

Acting on Scan Results

Each violation includes: the specific guideline it violates, a plain-language explanation, severity level, and step-by-step fix instructions. Start with critical violations (these will definitely cause rejection). Then address warnings (likely to cause rejection). Informational items are best practices that improve your submission quality but are unlikely to trigger rejection on their own.
