By accessing or using NoReject AI ("Service"), operated by CYT Bilişim ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoReject AI provides an AI-powered app store compliance analysis tool that scans your app metadata, screenshots, privacy policies, and other submission materials against Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines to identify potential rejection risks before submission.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CYT Bilişim and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your scan results and reports are yours; our analysis engine, rules database, and platform remain ours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to keep our compliance rules accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in your app being approved by Apple or Google. App store review decisions are made solely by the respective platform operators.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYT Bilişim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
